The CT series dynamic screens stand out for their great robustness, versatility and extreme efficiency for heavy work, intermediate cuts and obtaining end products. They easily adapt to any grading process and with any class of material, obtaining constant granulometric curves with the highest productions.
The screen body is suspended on the support frame by easily replaceable helical metal springs. The Alquezar CT screens incorporate side dampers to reduce the movements in the stop and start phases.
The distribution box of the classified aggregates is moveable, thus facilitating access when the meshes are changed. The box also incorporates some inspection windows on each of its sides, to carry out inspection and cleaning operations.
The vibration mechanisms consists of a shaft with highly resistant roller bearings, mounted on steel housings. The bearings are lubricated with grease and sealed against dust. The vibration intensity can be regulated with counterweights situated on the ends of the shaft, so we can increase or decrease their amplitude. Alquezar also manufactures screen variants with double vibrating shaft, for greater distribution of the vibration over the entire screen surface.
For the aggregate washing processes, the CT screens of Talleres Alquezar are provided with sets of surface and intermediate showers, to rinse the materials. The showers are comprised of a series of polyurethane sprinklers and a water distribution network, secured to the screen frame.
The CT Alquezar screens can be equipped with different types of meshes: Metal, rubber, polyurethane, etc. depending on the material to be classified. The mesh tension is lateral, by means of longitudinal slats. The polyurethane meshes incorporate a specific fastening system with wedges.
